Terms of use

These terms cover the CB Find closed beta for families and participating schools. They are not a consumer subscription contract. There is no payment, WhatsApp channel, or native app in this phase.

The service

CB Find labels help a finder or school office tell you where a belonging can be collected. A public QR scan never proves ownership. Only the private pack activation secret claims a pack.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the pack activation secret private
• Do not put child names, school years, or contact details on label descriptions
• Use Collection Codes only at the school that issued them
• Treat demo data as local-only and never mix it with live family data

Schools

Staff accounts are invited by the operator. Staff must not attempt to identify children from CB Find screens. Storage location is operational information and is separate from the parent Collection Code.

Availability

The beta may be interrupted for maintenance. Email delivery depends on SendGrid being configured. If an alert is delayed, the recovery record in the app remains the source of truth.
